E.J. began his career in the high-rise restoration business in Chicago, where he developed a deep respect for old masonry buildings and their history. At Garneau Construction, we restore and repair areas to seamlessly match the existing structure, making it impossible for customers to distinguish between the original masonry and the repairs. We remove deteriorated mortar for tuck-pointing and create custom color samples for each job to create a perfect match with the old mortar and stone. Additionally, E.J. is an authorized Jahn installer.

This meticulous process involves using highly specialized mortars and glazes to achieve an exact color and texture match, so the restored sections blend seamlessly with the original architecture.
